Ivan Tupajić was birn in 1993 in Užice, Serbia.

He enrolled the Agricultural Faculty at the Belgrade University in 2012 and graduated in 2016. He deffended the master thesiss "The possibility of applying agro coal as th ecomponent in substrate for flower production", later on in 2018.

He started his doctoral academic studies in 2018 at the Agricultural Faculty at Belgrade University.

He started his career at the Institute for Vegetabl Crops in 2023.
